Here's a sample of the Uzbekistan e-visa:

My Uzbekistan visa status shows "rejected." Can I reapply?

Yes, if your Uzbekistan visa application is rejected, you can immediately reapply for a new visa. However, you must first address the reasons of rejection outlined in the visa refusal letter sent by the authorities.

An Uzbekistan visa is generally rejected due to the following reasons:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate application: Missing or mismatching information in your visa form and supporting documents leads to rejection.

  • Expired passport: Although the required validity of your passport may differ depending on the nationality, the passport must be valid for at least the intended duration of your stay in Uzbekistan.

  • Outdated photograph: Providing an older, unclear or edited photograph would automatically lead to the rejection of your e-visa.

  • Incomplete documentation: Countries eligible to apply only at the embassy require additional documents to apply for a Uzbekistan visa. If the documents are outdated or missing, it will negatively impact your visa application.

  • Previous immigration violations: It may raise flags with the authorities if you have a travel history of overstaying on a visa, whether in Uzbekistan or any other country.

No, Uzbekistan visa check by passport number alone is not possible. You will also need the visa number.

My Uzbekistan visa status is still showing "in process." What can I do?

If your Uzbekistan visa status is still showing "in process," there might be two possible scenarios:

  • Still within the processing window: Generally, Uzbekistan visa applications are processed within 3 working days of being submitted. So, it's normal for the status to remain "in process" during this period.

Can I check my Uzbekistan e-visa status offline?

No, e-visa applicants cannot check their visa status offline. The e-visa process is fully digital and monitored directly by the Uzbekistan immigration authorities. Embassies or consulates are not involved in this process.
